Jason A. McCoy, MPH is a public health prevention specialist, author, and speaker focused on helping communities address youth substance use through clarity, evidence, and hope.
For more than a decade, Jason has worked alongside schools, coalitions, and local leaders to reduce youth vaping and substance use while strengthening the protective factors that help young people thrive. His work blends research-informed prevention strategies, Positive Community Norms approaches, and HOPE-informed frameworks that emphasize connection and positive experiences.
Jason regularly speaks with students, parents, educators, and community leaders about youth nicotine use, cannabis risk perception, and practical prevention strategies that support both families and schools.
